Thank you for shopping with Def By Design LLC. Our goal is to provide you with high-quality clothing that you'll love, so we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned, so we have a return policy in place.

Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer exchanges or returns except in the case of defective or damaged items. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please send us an email at defbydesignllc@yahoo.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request a replacement.

To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse any replacements if the item shows signs of wear, damage, or alterations.

Please note that all of our items are made to order, which means it may take 7-14 days to receive your order. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.
